IELTS/PTE/GRE/TOEFL Faculty
Job Description:
- Deliver engaging and interactive IELTS/PTE/GRE/TOEFL classes to students, focusing on all four language skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.
- Create and implement effective lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the IELTS/PTE/GRE/TOEFL exam format and criteria.
- Create Presentation as and when required.
- Conduct real life test of students.
- Maintain the records and attendance of students on portal.
- Assess students’ language proficiency through regular evaluations, mock tests, and providing constructive feedback.
- Track students’ progress, maintain accurate records, and provide guidance for improvement.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting student motivation, engagement, and success.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the IELTS/PTE/GRE/TOEFL examination, incorporating relevant materials and techniques into teaching.
- Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop and enhance curriculum, ensuring its relevance and effectiveness.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development activities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the department.
Desired Skills:
- Qualifications: – Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the IELTS/PTE/GRE/TOEFL examination format, criteria, and assessment standards.
- Proven experience in teaching IELTS/PTE/GRE/TOEFL preparation courses, preferably in an academic or language training setting.
- Excellent command of the English language, including advanced proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
- Familiarity with a variety of teaching methodologies and techniques to cater to diverse student needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with students from different cultural backgrounds.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and willingness to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with educational technology and online learning platforms is an asset.
