Customer Support Executive

Job Description:

  • Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls over the software.
  • Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and take regular follow-up for the same.
  • Asking clients for feedback and suggestions
  • Converting calls into walkins or registrations
  • Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers.
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Sending relevant report to your team leader.
  • Keeping records of customer comments and complaints.
  • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues.

Desired Skills:

  • Education : Any Graduate
  • Basic Computer Proficiency eg. MS Excel , MS Office.
  • Good Communication Skills.
  • Experience of calling and data management would be preferred.
