Customer Support Executive
Job Description:
- Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls over the software.
- Maintaining records of incoming and outgoing calls.
- Troubleshoot problems and see them through to resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and take regular follow-up for the same.
- Asking clients for feedback and suggestions
- Converting calls into walkins or registrations
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from customers.
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Sending relevant report to your team leader.
- Keeping records of customer comments and complaints.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues.
Desired Skills:
- Education : Any Graduate
- Basic Computer Proficiency eg. MS Excel , MS Office.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Experience of calling and data management would be preferred.
